Join us for an engaging and informative session focused on the art of negotiation, part two of our three-part series titled "Back to Basics." This meeting will feature live negotiating exercises led by Randy, alongside one of his former students, Colby Parker. They will demonstrate various scenarios involving potential sellers, ranging from those who are easy to negotiate with to those who may present more challenging interactions.
Key Learning Objectives:
- Thinking on Your Feet: Learn how to adapt your negotiation tactics in real-time.
- Information Gathering: Discover what information is crucial to determine if a property is worth pursuing or if it should be passed on.
- Effective Questioning: Understand the best methods to ask questions that will help you gather the necessary information for a successful negotiation.
- Seller Evaluation: Learn how to identify whether a seller is a prospect or a suspect.
- Goal Setting: Clarify what you aim to achieve during negotiations.
Networking and Surprises
In addition to the main session, there will be an opportunity for food and networking between 6:00 PM and 6:45 PM. This is a perfect time to connect with fellow attendees and share insights.
